Makes 4 servings

  • 16 ounces plain Greek non-fat yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 small thin cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Finely chop the garlic, cucumber, and dill. Add the yogurt to the garlic, cucumber, and dill mixture. Add the olive oil, mix and refrigerate.

Note: This is a perfect dip for vegetables, or on grilled meats such as chicken or pork.
